Just use it, update it with video and subscribe and like. It’s a power house at the number 2/3 spot of search engines. With the profile you can add up to 10 backlinks that are Do Follow and lets you place a description of the business and your business contact email.

Article submission is becoming a bit dated in terms of Google optimization and building backlinks. Large content repositories like this and Hubpages (below) may have been devalued somewhat in Google’s most recent “Panda” overhaul of its algorithm. Of course depending on the PR of the site you can still get good quality backlinks with higher PR in your niche if you look.
Merchant Circle is similar in ways to Hotfrog as to you can have a blog and update as often as you want. Merchant circle though offer lots of add on’s and upgrades that can be really useful to business. Though the cost of them in our opinion would be better spent to hire for SEO and Social Media Marketing. The reason being is it is local and still many many people don’t know or use their site, so unless the can get the ranking for you keywords and site, which they typically can’t it’s kind of a waste of money.
A blog site that can be used for your blog or even as a static backlink, though not recommended to be used as such. With how easy it is to post on a WP site, just add it to the “to do” list for your content and it will help.
Instagram is a free online program and social network that enables users to take, edit and share photos with other users via Instagram’s own platform, email, and social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Foursquare and Flickr.
HubPages is a user generated content, revenue-sharing website. Write articles on topics of your selecting, with custom links and anchor texts. Significant link potential here. Devalued a bit in Google’s new Panda update and there have been many complaints about terminating accounts for no reasons. Hubepages has also been known to refuse to cite specific of why alleged violations have occurred. Many Squidoo members where terminated by Hubpages when they acquired Squidoo in or around August 2014. Though this is a good link and resource, however tread lightly.
