When it comes to SEO and Social Media agencies can only do so much for their clients. We can bring you in the traffic and click throughs but conversion happens from different aspects. Nice easy user interface ( user navigation, how easy is it for the user to roam your site). Easy to fill out forms on home page. Contact information accessible. These are some of these things needs. However the bottom line usually comes down to you talking with a customer or at least a potential customer.
Here is an example of a past client. We triple there niche traffic in 6 months. Real actual people with interest in the product/service they were selling. However they weren’t selling anything and blamed us for that. You say well obviously if they aren’t closing that not your fault, and yes your are right.n However people sometimes don’t want to accept responsibility for themselves or their employees. Anyways that doesn’t matter. The point I am showing is businesses need to learn how to close this new type of market. Businesses were used to selling one one and in person and that is not how online sales and calls work in today’s society. Example, we have some clients whom we have never seen in person nor have we ever even video conference. We have only talked on the phone. We had to sell our services over the phone and the only person to blame on a closing not going in our favor is us. we didn’t provide the explination and most likely didn’t “listen to” what the customer really needed and wanted.
